- I fully understand that by initiating this registration as a shooter on the portal of Indian Revenue
Officers Shooting Club, New Delhi (IROSC), I am in no way whatsoever or in any capacity whatsoever a part of
/ working for / associated or employed with the IROSC or Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. My
registration as a shooter in IROSC is only and only for the limited and specific purpose of participating
in the shooting tournaments organized/conducted by the IROSC in the capacity of a shooter and nothing else. I
fully understand that by way of registering herein or by participating in any event organized/conducted by the
IROSC, I absolutely have no right whatsoever to seek/demand any kind of temporary or permanent
employment/association/compensation/reimbursement in any capacity whatsoever from IROSC or the Department of
Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
- I am fully aware of the safety & range rules to be followed at all times when handling weapons/fire arms. I
further undertake to keep myself abreast with all additional rules declared by the IROSC / NRAI / ISSF and that
any breach of safety and/or range rules will make me liable for disciplinary action by the IROSC. The IROSC will
have the right to take disciplinary action ( which may be in form of immediate disqualification from a competition)
against me for breach of safety / range and any additional ISSF rules regarding handling weapons. It is my
responsibility to be aware and informed of the latest ISSF Rules & Regulations, failing which any penalty
imposed upon me by the Competition Organizing Committee shall be at my cause and consequence.
- During competition I will conduct myself in accordance with the ISSF / NRAI rules. I will not in any way use
any unfair means to increase my scores. I understand that in the case that I am found guilty of cheating/using
unfair means I will accept the verdict of the IROSC / NRAI.
- That I shall be solely responsible for the behavior/conduct of parents/coaches/ colleagues / associates
accompanying me to the competition / training / practice range and I shall be liable for penalty/disqualification /
disciplinary action for their undisciplined act / rude / disruptive behavior which may be in the form of disturbing /
disrupting / harassing or insulting the IROSC officials / authorized persons / officials of the NRAI or any other
person connected with the sport. I declare that persons accompanying me in any capacity shall not in any
manner become a nuisance or a hindrance in the normal conduct of the competition /training and their every act
/ will be viewed as if it was an act done by me . I shall always directly communicate with the IROSC and shall
not do it through my associates / parents / coaches. . As a rule I shall be responsible for the behavior of my
parents / coaches or any other persons accompanying at all times and any objectionable act by them shall be
perceived as though I have committed that act and that I shall be liable for disciplinary action for all such acts.
- In the event of breach of any of the above conditions, I am liable for disciplinary action and the decision taken
by the IROSC organizing committee on the spot, in this regard shall be final and binding upon me which will not
be challenged by me.
